Minimum age: 8 (under 18s must be accompanied by a paying adult)
If buying/booking multiple vouchers the following ratios of adults to children applies:
age 8 to 17 - 1 adult to 5 minors
Minimum height: 4ft (1.2m)
Maximum weight: 21 stone
Maximum measurements: Waist 50in (125cm), upper thigh 30in (75cm)
Up at the O2 is not suitable for pregnant customers
Climbers must not be under the influence of alcohol or legal or illegal substances: you will not be permitted to participate and will not be refunded
You must arrive 15 minutes before your climb time and latecomers will not be admitted and will not be refunded

Overview
This festive adventure takes you on a guided climb up The O2, offering up to 20 minutes on the roof— which is longer than a standard climb. Once at the top, step into a winter wonderland as you enter a real snow globe, where the sweet aroma of Christmas fills the air and enchanting snowfall surrounds you.
Capture the moment with all-important photos against the backdrop of London’s iconic skyline. Your guide will also share a fascinating 360-degree talk, highlighting the best views from the roof.
Know before you go
Up at The O2 is available seven days a week throughout the year including Daytime , Sunset, and Twilight climbs.
Available 7 days a week between November 21st 2025 and January 4th 2026. See website for any closure dates in this period.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow two hours for the full experience. You are requested to arrive 15 minutes before your climb time and the climb takes 100 minutes.
