Guest Requirements:
●Guests must be able to ride a bicycle safely. For added flexibility, tag-a-longs and trailers are permitted, allowing families and groups to ride together safely.
● No guest under the age of 18 will be given a bike without an adult over the age of 18 present.
● For eBike upgrades, riders must be at least 16 years old.
● Please bring one government-issued photo ID to be retained as a deposit for all rentals and a credit card to be kept on file for the security of the bikes.

However, during the winter season, if temperatures drop below 30°F we may need to implement temporary store closures to ensure the safety of our guests and staff members. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to check for any updates regarding store operations during extreme weather conditions.

Road side assistance available should you run into any issues with your bike during your rental. Pick up and drop off from any of our store locations.
