Once you receive the confirmation from Virgin Experience days, you will need to have your serial number and pin number at the ready, and then click on "Activate to view booking instructions". This will then ask you to fill in some details, and once your voucher has been activated you will be able to view the full product information and booking instructions.
Participant Guidelines:
•Minimum age: 10 (at certain sites - please check at the time of booking)
•Minimum height: 4ft 7in
•Maximum weight: 20 stone 5lbs
•Supervision Ratios Apply: One participating adult (18+) can supervise up to two children aged 10 to 15 years while on the course.
•Fitness: basic fitness levels are required – as long as you can climb a ladder – you can Go Ape
•If you have any questions regarding suitability, please check with your doctor
•Please note that participants under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be unable to take part.

This experience is available seven days a week throughout the year
We recommend you book at least six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
The Go Ape Tree-top Challenge adventure takes approximately 1 to 3 hours to complete and that includes your safety briefing.
Validity:

Overview
A mecca for thrill seekers, you’ll find yourself in one of the UK’s most beautiful forests, taking on tree-to-tree crossings, free-fall Tarzan swings and super-fast zips way up in the treetop canopy. This is grown-up fun in the great outdoors, and it's your turn to experience it. Obstacle and course lengths differ per location.

Confirmation from Virgin Experience days will be with you within 72 hours of booking, , you will need to have your serial number and pin number at the ready, and then click on "Activate to view booking instructions". This will then ask you to fill in some details, and once your voucher has been activated you will be able to view the full product information and booking instructions. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure you get a suitable date, but it will advise of the recommended lead booking time for your exact experience within the product information. All experiences must be booked and taken before their expiry date on the voucher.
