- Your barcoded timed entry ticket to the Edge Observation Deck and your anytime entry ticket to the Museum of Modern Art will be emailed to you the day you arrive in New York, along with confirmation of the starting time of the Walking Tour and the Night Cruise. The email will be from [email protected].
- If you have not received the email by 4pm the day you arrive in New York, call the local operator (Attractions4Us) at +1 212 512 0515. Call center hours (EST): Monday-Friday 8.30AM - 7.30PM; Weekends & Holidays 8.30AM - 8.30PM
- If you arrive late for the Edge, the Cruise or the Walking Tour, these cannot be rescheduled and there are no refunds. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled activity times.
- If the outdoor Skydeck is closed due to inclement weather, still turn up at the Edge at the time and date on your ticket, and you will be allowed to rebook for another time/day during your visit.
- Check-in for the Cruise closes 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time
- Tickets for Children (6-11) are not issued for the Museum of Modern Art as entry is free for them.
- The Museum of Modern Art is open Sunday – Friday 10.30AM-5.30PM, and Saturday 10.30AM-7.30PM with the last entry 1 hour before closing.
